Unused products in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund it in full.
Custom orders
Custom sizes, configurations, and colors are made to order and are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.
