Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped from Texas, typically within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Methods and rates
Shipping options and live rates are shown at checkout based on your address and cart. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is scanned.
Delivery times
Domestic delivery is generally 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the service selected. Carrier delays are outside our control.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the parcel is back with us.
